  • Two 0.5 oz packets of WutsupBaby Original Quinoa Cereal

  • 1 cup unbleached all purpose flour

  • 3 tbsp cane sugar or brown sugar (optional)

  • 2 ½ tsp baking powder

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable oil

  • 1 ½ cup milk or non-dairy milk

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)




  • Preheat waffle iron.

  • In a small bowl, beat the eggs until light and fluffy.

  • Add the milk and vanilla extract and mix until well blended.

  • Mix in the baking powder, sugar, sea salt, WutsupBaby

  • Original and all-purpose flour.

  • Add the flour mixture into liquid mixture, mixing well to make a thin batter.

  • With a spoon, gently swirl in the coconut oil. Do not over-mix the oil in the batter. Pour the batter onto the waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions and close.

  • Remove the waffles when the lid lifts open easily.

  • Enjoy your WutsupBaby Quinoa Waffles with your choice of fruits, honey or fruit jam!
