Ingredients:

  • One 0.5 oz packet of WutsupBaby Original Quinoa Cereal

  • ⅔ cup unbleached all-purpose flour

  • ¾ cup almond milk or milk

  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1 egg

  • 4 tbsp. brown sugar

  • ½ tsp. sea salt

  • 1 tbsp. baking powder

Directions:

  • Sift the dry ingredients together.

  • In a separate bowl, mix liquid ingredients together.

  • Slowly combine the liquid ingredients into the dry, mix well.

  • Allow batter to sit for 5 mins.

  • For best results, cook batter at medium/low heat.

Quinoa pancakes
